Excess moisture in your molding material can cause:
Splaying / Voids / Brittleness / Delamination / Weld Lines etc.
Most of these defects can be eliminated
by thoroughly drying your material before processing.
There are numerous brands and types of dryers to choose from. Determining which one is best for you depends largely on the type and quantity of material you need to process.
The best dryer, of course, would be one that delivers the most EFFECTIVE performance on the LARGEST variety of materials for the LEAST amount of operating and maintenance cost and is EASIEST to use.
