The size of the water passage that connects to your brass hose fittings is
usually easy to eyeball. If you’re not sure, check the fitting to see if it has
one of three series numbers on it:
1. 200 series – 1/4" water passage
2. 300 series – 3/8" water passage
3. 500 series – 1/2" water passage
