Cut barrel band replacement downtime by 80%
Consider that a typical one-piece heater band takes about 1 hour to replace while an HTFlex Band™ requires only 10 minutes. That’s an 80% reduction in downtime which can yield significant cost savings with downtime costs for injection molding machines at hundreds of dollars per hour.
"Quick Change" HTFlex Band Barrel Heater Bands are specially designed to replace all hard to remove one piece and all labor-intensive two piece barrel bands. Having HTFlex Bands on hand as replacements will drastically cut downtime — and increase productivity.
+ Unlike conventional, rigid one piece bands, these innovative heaters are engineered to flex and slide over the barrel diameter enabling bands to be installed and removed from ANY point on the barrel without having to remove other heaters, thermocouples etc. mounted to the barrel!
Fast, easy installation and removal:
  1. Just slide band over barrel
  2. Secure the screw clamp
  3. Attach power to terminals

them on/off
+ The one piece design also eliminates the time consuming assembly and wiring of multiple terminations of two-piece bands.

+ With high temperature mica insulation and a watt density of up to 90 watts per square inch, HTFlex Bands can provide effective heating up to 1,400° F
Sizes range from 4" to 10" I.D. / Widths from 1-1/2" to 4" in 1/2" increments
