High Level Alarms are placed in the regrind bin or vacuum take off bin to warn if the regrind quantity is becoming too great and the bin needs to be emptied either by hand or by vacuum. Function is to prevent overfilling of the bin.
High Amp Alarm monitors the granulator motor amperage and warns of overfeeding. This is most commonly used with an infeed conveyor. Function is to monitor the granulator and prior to it reaching an over loaded state, will stop the motion of the conveyor automatically until the granulator reaches a state that will allow it to accept more material.
